"To the Manor House born"
OVERVIEW-EKUBO COASTAL ESTATE CLUBHOUSE

The Developers vision embraced the restoration of the existing structure to its' original grandeur, with the unobtrusive addition of buildings to accomodate the numerous facilities.

"The space within becomes the reality of the building" - Frank Lloyd Wright
As befitting the above quotation the space within the manor house has been redesigned to accomodate the clubhouse amenities.
The 'Sao Joao' Bar - so named in memory of the famous shipwreck off the coast of the estate, as well as a lounge area, form part of the design brief. Restaurant and conference facilites will also be incorporated.
Meticulous attention to detail has been maintained throughout, resulting in inpeccable finishes in all areas.
Interior decor, design and furnishings have been commissioned professionally and will bring together both classic and modern elements.
From the wrap around verandah overlooking the swimmping pool, which appears as an extension of the ocean in the distance, relaxation will be the order of the day.
Integrated parking, landscaped gardens, ancient Milkwood trees and an abundance of Grey Duiker complete the overview of what will surely be an additional enhancement to Ekubo Coastal Estate.
'Your piece of paradise....'
The clubhouse will be open to owners at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to coincide with the completion thereof towards November end 2011.
