In order to main and nurture the overall ethos of Ekubo Coastal Estate a regulatory policy has been devised which encompasses all aspects that make up this entire domain, including a vitally important acceptable code of practice so that members may live together reasonably and harmoniously.

It is to this end that the "Articles of Association" require the rules to be reasonable and to apply to all members. Based upon this rationale the rules should be seen to be neither punitive, but rather a judicious framework to safeguard and promote appropriate sensible and fair interaction.
